1-800-FLOWERS.COM’s customer service center, recent winner of the global call center of the year award, employs Work from Home Customer Service agents to provide professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to our customers. Work from Home Customer Service Agents are able to work from the comfort and convenience of their home office. Customer Service Agents serve as the first contact customers have with the company. Customer Service Agents will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer transactions in real time including, but not limited to: Working simultaneously with multiple software applications; Immediate/direct keyboarding into customer service information systems; Consistently following up on promises and commitments on a timely basis; Appropriately identifying and escalating unresolved issues.
